@mattblaze Oops! Looking again, I think it's still in that document, page 1005:
"An indictment for any violation of title 18, United States
Code, section 792, 793, or 794, other than a violation constituting a
capital offense, may be found at any time within ten years next after
such violation shall have been committed"
