@dickenhobelix nope, wenn du sagst, ist nicht Teil der Produktes/Systems, kannst du es auch nicht verkaufen.
@dickenhobelix gibt ähnliches in der Medizintechnik, ist aber eigentlich gar nicht so doof: System ist all das, was du behauptest, dass es dazu gehört. Und dafür bist du dann verantwortlich, nachzuweisen, dass es alles erfüllt was notwendig ist. - Es gibt erschreckend viele Medizingeräte, wo nicht so ganz klar ist, wo deren Außengrenze ist und was die eigentliche Schnittstelle ist.
