Hello! I am a Ruby/Rails developer and am interested in Product Engineering as well as Building Empowered Teams. I build tools to help neurodivergent people get unstuck over at cammi.app and I am working on an opensoruce alternative to Basecamp.

I am also Queer, Vegan, and a huge Geek/Nerd.

Presently looking for a full-time position as a Senior Engineer, or Tech Lead, I'd love to be coached further in Product and Leadership.

Does anyone know any not-for-profits or charities who would be interested in hiring a senior ruby on rails engineer? I am based in London but happy to work remotely, or potentially split my time.

I would also be very interested in working on an open source project.

I was tech lead at a health tech in my last position. Have worked in tech for 20 years from systems administrator, to php, to ruby.

Please boost. Please DM me if you have ever worked at the kind of place I am looking for.
