eff it - I’m turning off Siri AI and reverting to Classic Siri for both my iPhone 16 and Apple Watch series 9.

I wish I could turn off Siri AI on Apple Watch and revert to plain Siri. Simple spoken reminders, alarms and texts fail regularly on my series 9.
