In amongst lots of ramping up volunteer #FOSDEM open hardware dev room activity today, and other bits of work, I've been tinkering on this boat design in @freecad #3Dprinted this 40% scale version to have in hand, although the final idea is for a fibreglass hull. #making

My hand holds a small grey 3d printed curvy boat hull in front of my laptop screen where you can see the same model in red in the FreeCAD preview window.

Just about finished the next iteration of a wing design in @freecad Next job is to begin to consider fuselage ideas. This is going to be a 4 channel fixed wing with around 1.3 metre wingspan. I'm calling it #Sinistral #UAV #FreeCAD #HardcoreSaturdayNight!
