@freecad Working on a clone of the no longer made Marlco clamp knurler on this #FreecadFriday ! One part left to make, and then plenty of tweaks to discover -- I'm sure. A friend expressed interest in chipping in on the technical drawings. Poor fool. I've been pretending that the model is the hard part and not the gajillion fits and tolerances to think through.

Earlier today I was working on a holiday gift: the parts of a number 305 burr puzzle. More slots to mill, then heat treat, then ground all over. Hoping to a precision fit...

@freecad an enclosure for Freenove esp32s3 with 4" LCD. Took about a dozen tries before the model turned out right. It's only the top cover, the rest of the body is yet to be designed.

Maybe a bit over the top :) Rendering of the next revision of Tinta, case by FreeCAD. Meshes exported with freecadcmd, KiCad exports the board with all its part models, Blender renders the flight along a scripted camera path.

The FreeCAD team has been eliminating blocking issues in preparation for the v26.3 release. Of 44 pull requests merged in the last 7 days, 15 were backports from the main development branch to the dedicated 26.3 release branch....

Here's a adaptor between my Coffeegrinding machine and a part of my moka pot.

Just about finished the next iteration of a wing design in @freecad Next job is to begin to consider fuselage ideas. This is going to be a 4 channel fixed wing with around 1.3 metre wingspan. I'm calling it #Sinistral #UAV #FreeCAD #HardcoreSaturdayNight!

@freecad Since the mount for a bike light didn't fit on an aero handlebar, a 3D-printed solution had to be designed.
Already tested (printed in PETG). 👍

@freecad Created a vacuum cleaner attachment to allow it to reach into tight areas. Used a 15mm CPAP hose. Learned about subtractive helixes to make it happen. #freecadfriday

@freecad This #FreeCADFriday I did a cut and shunt operation with the BoxTurtle hub and the encoder from the #ERCFv3 to create a hub with encoder for my #BoxTurtle MMU. This enabled me to add the encoder hardware from the ERCFv3 I am replacing directly onto the BoxTurtle, giving me clog protection which I was missing since retiring the ERCF MMU. #3dprinting
