Hierzu fühle ich mich durchaus qualifiziert etwas beizutragen:

Der Schutz der Anwaltschaft und damit der Schutz ihrer Mandanten ist in der EU krass unterschiedlich ausgeprägt. Dabei wäre es zu einfach in Länder mit hohem oder niedrigem Schutz zu unterscheiden. Es ist vielmehr so, dass bestimmte Aspekte krass unterschiedlich gut/schlecht geschützt werden.
