Shit. I just checked my PTO balance, hoping I would have at least a few days left for a week ro two around Christmas. Well. Uhm. I have 23 days available. How am I ever gonna use them and what do I do when I don't ride my bicycle to the office in those days?!?
@jwildeboer well... remember to use at least all days you haven't used from last year *and* at least 20 days鹿 from this year's days.

@tokudan I am an elected member of Red Hat's Works Council (Betriebsrat) in Germany, so trust me, I know all about the rules ;) But it's also the workload of a Works Council member that makes it hard to be gone for an extended period of time. A positive dilemma, so to speak :)
