Sumac. A couple weeks ago I was walking with my son and we both looked at some sumac at the same time, and said in unison, "sumac is so pretty." Here's some from today's dog walk.
#sumac #FallColors

Closeup of some pretty orange sumac leaves hanging from a stem. They're long, with slightly frilly edges. They're mostly out of focus, with just a few bits in focus, bright orange against a dark background.

Our dog walks are a little longer these days. There are so many interesting smells in all those fallen leaves.

Closeup of my dog's face in the bottom right of the frame. He's looking down and his gray fur covers his eyes, showing only his black noise and black lips. He's surrounded by fallen yellow leaves. My dog, again surrounded by fallen yellow leaves, nose down to enjoy all those scents. He's a bit further away in this photo. Yet again, my dog surrounded by fallen leaves, next to an opening in a chain link fence.
